The heart of Kingdom Business Leaders is to make disciples of Jesus Christ that are called to the marketplace. We accomplish this by offering training classes, seminars and tool days on relevant business and leadership topics. These are led by subject matter experts to equip you, increase your faith and ability to hear God and to teach you how to apply Biblical principles to your business and life.

Bio: Gene is a partner at Boldmore Growth Partners and the founder of Semper Fidelis Leadership™ Institute where he and his team teach leaders how to decide, communicate and execute in high-speed, high-stress chaos. He started his first multi-million dollar company at the age of 28. He has served in interim C-level roles for clients in a variety of industries ranging from a Google analytic partner to a firm which arranged over 4,000 small business loans.
A Marine veteran, Gene, is the author of Semper Fidelis Leadership: From the Corp to the Corporation and is a sought after speaker and adviser. His clients have included many of the world's Fortune 500 firms.

Bio: Jase Souder is a nationally recognized speaker and trainer, specializing in sales and public speaking. He is an expert on the sales process including: scripting, negotiating, reading body language and personality types and implementing closing techniques. In addition, Jase has published eight books on the sales process, four with co-authors such as Deepak Chopra, Anthony Robbins and Mark Victor Hansen. His national and local TV and radio appearances include the inspirational movies, Pass It On and The Power of Coaching where he is featured with other leaders.
Class Description: What are you truly capable of when given the proper tools? Join us as Jase Souder shared how to be a dynamic speaker by incorporating tools such as body language, strategic presentation and storytelling to capture the hearts and minds of an audience. He has led teams in Asia, Europe and Dharan, Saudi Arabia where he reestablished and grew Foxboro, now a part of Invensys, into a world leader in industrial automation products and services.
Class Description: Over the course of his 30-year career Bob Rockwell has earned a reputation as an exceptionally strong executive leader, known for his powerful blend of interpersonal, sales, strategy and leadership skills. He is particularly well regarded for his unique leadership in distressed businesses, and has led several successful corporate “turnarounds”.
He will unpack the mystery of leadership excellence and influence in business. Who a leader is and what a leader does are the corner stones of leadership success. Bob will discuss the 3 C’s of being a great leader, the critical success factors to grow your leadership mantle, and how to deal with character hiccups, yours and others. Bio: Brian Williams, owner of Perspectivity Consulting, has delivered countless company or sales presentations in more than 10 countries, was a Toastmasters World Champion of Public Speaking semi-finalist (Top 40 of 30,000 global contestants), and is a 20 year corporate veteran of Silicon Valley startups and Fortune 500 companies. In addition to his business background, he also carries experience as a Pastor and prison and homeless ministry leader. He is married and a father of four.
Class Description: Brian will help transform your communication using the science of how people buy and the psychology of how people learn. Bios: Diane S. Paddison
Diane has served on the Global Executive teams of two Fortune 500 companies, as COO of Trammell Crow Company and ProLogis, and most recently served as the Chief Strategy Officer for Cassidy Turley. She also has a MBA from Harvard Business School.
Diane founded a global organization serving professional Christian women, 4word. Its mission is to connect, lead, and support professional women to reach their God-given potential. Her book “Work, Love, Pray” was published by Zondervan, a division of Harper Collins. The book serves as a foundational resource for 4Word with eighteen Local Groups across the United States. 4Word’s mentoring program offers 1:1 feedback, personal, and professional development.
Diane currently serves as an Independent Director for Behringer Harvard’s Opportunity Fund II and The Stan Johnson Company. She also serves on the following four Boards: National Advisory Board for the Salvation Army; Oregon State University (“OSU”), College of Business, Dean’s Circle of Excellence and is a Trustee for the OSU Foundation; and Harvard Business School Christian Fellowship Alumni Association. In addition to being an accomplished business executive she is a woman of faith, a devoted wife, mother, and friend.
Paola Saibene is the CEO of TXYSAI, a business and technology consulting company. She has 23 years of IT-practitioner experience, having held four C-level technology roles in multi-billion dollar organizations. As former Chief Technology Officer for the State of Hawaii, she has been at the leading edge integrating technology that results in improved efficiency, outcomes, and improved fiscal bottom lines. Paola has an uncanny ability to visualize results, create a plan, develop a team, and steer a project from concept to completion.
Paola understands that great organizations are a result of great leadership. She is committed to developing those around her and currently serves as the President of Association of Information Technology Professionals. She is married to her best friend and now makes Dallas her home.
As executive vice president & chief human resources officer at Associa, Chelle is responsible for developing the company’s employee experience strategy which includes developing appropriate talent and succession plans, employee retention strategies including training and development, and impactful employee benefit offerings for 10,000 global team members.
Under her leadership, Associa is recognized as a “Best and Brightest” DFW employer certified as a Great Place to Work nationally. Chelle also has experience in the finance and healthcare industries, working for Fortune 500 organizations including Humana and GM. Her passion is to work with the business to simplify and translate strategy into the achievement of specific employee behaviors and results.
Chelle has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University. Outside of work, she spends time with her husband, a Dallas firefighter, and three daughters.
